Hello
Because I don't like seeing red links... :) -- Andrew Lih 08:04, 29 November 2006 (CST)
Glad to see you're still with us. Be careful with that blog it's easy to sound too critcal whether you mean it or not. Hopefully a chance for a fresh start for both sides here. :) Chris Day (Talk) 11:12, 9 February 2007 (CST)
I'm also very pleased too that you're active here. From another David from Oz David Tribe 12:13, 9 February 2007 (CST)
I actually have basic structural misgivings about the Metabolism article too, but I let them pass. (probably in Talk)- re stages of metabolism David Tribe 01:24, 17 February 2007 (CST)
Another article where grammar fine tuning would be great is RNA interference, coming up for approval this weekend. Be aware that Chris Day has a sentence or two to meld in and that radical change will create huge delays . We really want to get more articles approved David Tribe 01:36, 17 February 2007 (CST)
I didn't look too closer at your edits just scanned the diffs but they seemed very constructive to me. Any editing is very welcome as its a a wiki and the occasional glitch will get ironed out. David Tribe 01:36, 17 February 2007 (CST)
- Actually Chris Day knows more than I do but has written less. He comes in with astute suggestions and I did the grunt work. Theres one content issue remaining. The level of pitching is difficult with that topic. But your opinions about which areas are murkey Engilsh or are not supported by explanation are important. As one stage we were worried about file size but we are more relaxed now.We all have different skills. The WP article is completely in accessible. If you want a sci review go to the real literature.David Tribe 01:42, 17 February 2007 (CST)
- One thin to bear in mind is that the primary writer of Metabolism is Portuguese. My Portuguese is pathetic. David Tribe 01:46, 17 February 2007 (CST)

Nice Table in Wheat/Draft
Liked your clean table. BUT the last comlumn ! need data centred or right justified else it looks odd. I have reverted to old version till I work out how to center justify wikitable. David Tribe 01:35, 22 March 2007 (CDT)

Ooooooh. I like it. I updated the Approval tag link too. Just in Time . Its hot here in Melbourne too. David Tribe 23:58, 22 March 2007 (CDT)
Noticed your comments off site about wheat
I picked up your off site comments about disclaimer glitches at Wheat. What puzzles me is the absence any mention of your efforts to correct them within CZ, and absence on CZ of traces of that effort. I would assume someone with your experience would mention your use of the forums, the bug reporting systems, and what the responses were. These aspects of good standard human work practice in professional life are something thats much more of an issue than a software glitch, and it would be important to find out why there are no traces of them that I can find at CZ. Have you any explanations for these mysterious ways of operating? David Tribe 17:57, 23 March 2007 (CDT)
- Well, making breakfast was a big factor in this. I'm happy enough to add that to the post, thanks for the reminder. -- David Still 18:00, 23 March 2007 (CDT)
