Interim edits

I did some text editing and got several citations inline, but the overall article needs substantial editing. Also, for proper linking with such things as Select Agent Program, there should be (preferably) separate sub-articles on V. major and V. minor, or at least subheadings, and expansion or articles on other poxviruses.
