Talk:The Elder Scrolls: Arena
In-universe references
Under the 'story' section, it is said that the emperor was imprisoned in another dimension, "(in a copy of the Black Horse Courier in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, this dimension is revealed to be Oblivion)". When reading articles about games on Wikipedia, I frequently feel that they are written in an in-universe fashion. Sometimes I wonder if the authors actually believe that the game characters exist as real people.
This is not nearly as bad, but I still think it should be removed. This is just a piece of trivia, added by someone else than the team which made Arena. References like these are fun as jokes between players faithful to the series, but not relevant to the game's story as a whole. Johan A. Förberg 10:42, 9 December 2010 (UTC)
