I am currently writing this doing everything in my head and not from my exacting notes created earlier, so forgive oversights for awhile. I am probably missing some i=sqt(-1) in some of the equations, but will fix as needed later. I am also ignoring the exp{iwt} format for now, but will add that later as well. David E.
