Need help on flow

While there's now current information on disturbances, with more coming, I'm not happy with the headings and flow, and would appreciate suggestions. Political developments are not strictly derived from the Afghanistan War and Manaus, but the heading flow now suggests that. Howard C. Berkowitz 16:35, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
