Shouldn't this be at Congenital heart defect? I looked at a number of seemingly-authoritative pages, and it was given pretty uniformly in lower-case. Note: I have specifically refrained from checklisting this article (i.e. creating all the subpages) until this is decided, because it's a mahor PITA to move a complete cluster. J.
