How it works

I changed the subsection title of "How it works" to "Technical preconditions" (but am not that happy with the latter either) because under How it works I would more expect a description of "See something interesting, make a few photos, write an entry, put it on the blog, get lots of crosslinks and other feedback, feel great" and not the description of some technical means necessary. Feel free to change it back if you disagree.
