James Dubik [r]: Lieutenant general, U.S. Army, (ret.), a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Study of War focusing His areas of focus include his previous command, Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq (MNSTC-I), and the Iraqi Security Forces; Previously, he was the Commanding General of I Corps at Ft. Lewis and the Deputy Commanding General for Transformation, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command.
