Let's make this a "signed article" and move it under the main topic per the author's name

Even as a signed article, this is still advocacy of a sort. So I suggest doing this instead:

  • write a brief article about Jack Devanney (he's the head engineer at Thorcon, right?); document that article with strong references
  • Jack D. will then be a "topic informamant", providing more information associated with articles Citizendium is writing
  • then, move this reprint to a subpage / special tab of the Devanney article. That way, it can exist as an example of something Jack Devanney wrote, and not an example of something that Citizendium authors advocate

It's sort of a cheesy distinction but it could come to matter. I worry about leaving it as a standalone article because it is not anything like one expects an encyclopedia article to be. If you like, I can help set up the article structure for this, but it may take me a few days. But I would need your help coming up with the contents of the article explaining who Jack Devanney is. That article (and possible the reprint) can then be cross-linked back with the ThorCon article(s) and section(s) as you think fit.Pat Palmer (talk) 16:10, 23 December 2022 (CST)
