This should live at the common name, i.e. black mamba should not redirect to d.p. Not anxious to have this debate again, but using common names was the majority decision.

What I don't know is whether or not the article should live at Black Mamba, Black mamba, etc. etc.

Opinions? I don't want to remove the redirects until we're sure where it's going.

Hey, I moved the article to "Black mamba", I don't think we should capitalize the word "mamba". When I begin writing the cobra articles, I am going to name them similarly ie. Naja naja will be "Indian cobra" or "Spectacled cobra". The words "mamba" and "cobra" are generic terms that shouldn't be capitalized, in my opinion. Francis Zaia 20:23, 8 May 2012 (UTC)
