I can't parse the sentence beginning "While the dominant ideology...." A close parenthesis and probably several words seem to be missing. As it stands, it tells us that "NVN" and "GVN" were the same thing, and that North Vietnam's ideology was "anticommunist," neither of which, I presume, you meant to say.
