Why I upgraded status to 2

I was in the midst of creating this article and had not yet created the Talk, the Related Articles, and the External Links subpages when the Metdata status was revised from my original 2 to a 3. Rome wasn't built in a day and it took me about 10-15 minutes to finish creating the article and its subpages. I firmly believe that it is now status 2 ... in my opinion there is not much more, if any, than can be written about an article on an engineering handbook. - Milton Beychok 16:00, 29 February 2008 (CST)

Don't mind the number, I just usually put 3 for a lot of stuff. There's no need to justify the upgrade in status ;) --Robert W King 17:12, 29 February 2008 (CST)
