Initial proposal records that are poorly formed will be moved here.
Moving Forward on Obscenity
Summary: Our family-friendliness policy, as written, is unclear, and should be rewritten. Furthermore, we should move away from trying to self-censor, and work on setting CZ up so that schools, libraries and parents can filter content they find objectionable.

CZ: Revert, Block, Ignore
Summary: A vandal reversion policy that's easier for Wikipedians to adapt to.

Notes: Might be tough for the first couple of weeks as we adapt.
We have no vandals. Why do we need this policy? --Larry Sanger 17:18, 13 May 2008 (CDT)

To the proposer: please read the proposals system policy page if you want to fill out a complete proposal, not just this summary. If you don't, please ask around for someone (a "driver") to take over your proposal! Start complete proposal

Technical Consolidation
Summary: Instead of having the forums, individual pages, the tools mailing list, and the bugs email, all technical aspects and issues dealing with the wiki could be moved over to CZ:Technical Team.

Summary: Part of what is keeping our "elitism shield" up is that many (if not all) of the community pages are overly complex in terms of what they describe. A campaign to heavily review and edit the pages will give us leaner, easy-to-comprehend documentation and improve our external appearance.

Summary: Help:Contents links to similar material as CZ:Home does, but is less well organized and less complete. I propose that these pages be merged.

Capitalization of CZ namespace articles
Summary: The CZ:Naming Conventions article indicates that all articles' titles should be lower-case except for words ordinarily capitalized in sentences. Unfortunately, the majority of the articles linked from CZ:Home have all major words capitalized (title case). We should move all articles in the CZ namespace to follow our naming conventions.
