Where is that reference? The lede (under the graphic) says it borders six countries, which are explicitly identified. I'm not seeing it, but I have other things on my mind. (Herding feline veterinarians is even worse than herding cats. Not sure if I'm going to be up all night, but I'm due for a 2-3 hour drive in the morning to get him to the right specialist.)

Now, normally, one does not think of India sharing any borders with Afghanistan -- although India certainly wants influence, and anyone who thinks of Afghanistan without considering the Indo-Pak relationship is not seeing the real picture. If you look at Durand Line, however, you will see an argument that certain Afghans have made that since Pakistan did not exist at the time of the agreement, the Pakistani border doesn't exist, or something like that.
