I am 18 years old, and studying B.A. (Political science, Mass communication, Communicative English - General English, Remedial Grammar, Phonetics, French) at St Mary's college, Hyderabad, India. I had done my primary schooling at Bishop Cotton's Boys School, Bangalore, famed to be the "Eton of the East".

I am autistic, born with Asperger syndrome, and show a lot of interest in politics, history, linguistics, religion, and related topics. Although my native language is Urdu, I was bought up in an anglophone family, and thus have a fluent command of the English language. My dialect in speech is South-Asian English, and my spellings are primarily UK English.

My favourite hobby is reading what I find interesting (see categories below), and have a habit of surfing for 8-10 hours non-stop, sometimes much longer, forgetting to eat and sleep at times. I enjoy studying the origin, history, and structure of languages, and I'm currently learning to speak French and Japanese.

I enjoy watching anime, wuxia, and k-dramas. I do not enjoy listening to music, and prefer listening to the sounds of nature early in the morning, preferably at Kasu Brahmananda Reddy national park, which is a 20 minute walk from my home. Anthropology is one of my favourite hobbies. I enjoy traveling and researching the different cultures of this subcontinent, and hopefully, extend my research to China and beyond in the near future.

I do not support the current politics of India, and support the peaceful re-establishment of the Caliphate (democratic, liberal) in the Muslim world, with liberal Sharia law. I am a former atheist and recently reverted to being a moderate Hanafi Sunni Muslim who has adopted various elements of Twelver Shia and Ibadi schools of thought.
