I added a sentence on the problem you requested. I had removed it because I consider that a description of bonding was probably best left to the "Bonding" section. Do you like it now? I received a masters in physical chemistry and biochemistry in 1982 from the free university of amsterdam and was awarded a doctorate at the leiden university in physical chemistry on a study on the dynamic behavior of partially charged polyelectrolytes in a bad solvent in the very diluted regime.
After that I did quite some research for privately held companies that didn't allow publication of the researches executed. Slowly moving away from chemictry toward process automation and interactions with databases I became more and more interested with the concept of active databasemanagement in laborotory situations - extending towards office automation and distributed computer problems.
Nowadays I lecture at the holland highschool (college) as well at the the hague highschool. Other projects involve knowledge management problems and semantics within computer sciences as well as cryptography problems.
