- September 30, 2007
- We're doing technical work on the servers, which may cause temporary slowdowns on the wiki. We are working on it!
- September 29, 2007
- We have about 2,935 articles marked 'CZ Live' on the wiki. Why not start an article this week, and get us past the 3,000 mark? This link will help you do just that, either the easy way or the sexy subpages way. Don't know what to start? Consider adding an important topic, and get credit for it by picking something at Core Articles.
- September 25, 2007
- Core Articles is very probably going to get started soon; we're giving the Editorial Council a chance to comment. What's Your Article? and What's Your Message? have been made into Editorial Council Resolution 0006.
- September 24, 2007
- The Subpagination Bot started going through all articles and converting them to the subpages technology.
- September 14, 2007
- We are now calling for License Essays. This is very important, if you have some opinions to express about what license we should be using.
- Note that on CZ:Workgroups as well as the workgroup homepages, such as CZ:Anthropology Workgroup, there are now direct links to workgroup mailing lists.
- September 13, 2007
- The template {{subpages}} should now be used at the top of each page in a cluster. {{subpages9}} will still function but will become obsolete.
- September 8, 2007
- We're pushing toward 3,000 articles for our September 15 anniversary. It would be great if you would add a couple new articles within the next week!
- Notice all the many changes to the way our community pages are now organized. CZ:Home will be the new home page for our community pages. For details about what I (LMS) have been doing to the pages, see CZ:Community Pages. I hope you like the changes.
- September 5, 2007
- The big monthly "Write-a-Thon," takes place this Wednesday (September 5, which starts on September 4, 1200 UTC, in New Zealand, and ends on September 6, 1000 UTC, in Hawaii (U.S. state)). Come start a new article, edit a new article, and join a global rolling party! The last time was lots of fun and created bunches of free, excellent content. So let's do it again!
- September 4, 2007
- Help needed with CZ:Community Pages--the wiki's community pages are going to look very different (and much more logical) when we're done!
- If you need an excuse to spend some "quality time" on the wiki, this is it.
