I see even Wikpedia haven't been doing a running total table. I'm inclined to follow their example and wait till the last results are there to add a full list of party totals (unless there's a really serious delay somewhere). From what someone said on the BBC this morning, St Ives (Cornwall) might not declare till tomorrow (I think the problem is that they decided to transport the Scilly Isles ballot boxes by boat, rather than helicopter as in Scotland). I've sourced the detailed results to the House of Commons website. This will need to be replaced by an archived version before it changes (most likely at a byelection). I've rearranged the entries in what I think is a more logical order:
*party totals come first, in order of size
*in cases of equality, I've backtracked to the last general election they were unequal and followed that order
*independents should come after parties, even if they'd turned out to be more than the smallest party (because they're sort of a party each in their own right)
*the Speaker belongs at the end as non-political
