I again need to express considerable skepticism (forgive the pun) about the content of this article. I'm strongly inclined simply to delete it, on grounds that it is a collection of opinions unattributed to anyone. This article needs to provide a great deal of context. Who came up with the notion of "knowledge creation" as described here? Who talks about or researches it? Probably, it belongs under a title such as "knowledge creation (knowledge management)" or "knowledge creation (business)".
