Readability

As a non-specialist, I cannot make any sense of this entry -- I believe it should be rewritten so as to make clear to people unfamiliar with these kinds of terms what the article is about. What is a "biased" patient? What is "bias" in this sense? Some explanation and overview is needed. Russell Potter 13:25, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
