I think this could link to a lot more categories, considering the breadth of the topic, but I didn't want to intrude on categories outside my expertise. I don't think a list of summaries of bills of rights is the right idea of what should live on this page. The proper description of the contents of this page, at present, is "brief summary descriptions of things called 'bill of rights'," which isn't much of a subject for an encyclopedia article.
What we should do, instead, is move the various summaries to their own articles (they'll be stubs), and then make the present page, bill of rights, about the political concept of a bill of rights. Let's not replicate the Wikipedia mistake that the best way to introduce X is to give a list short descriptions of subtopics of X, or of examples of X. Nope, our task is to introduce X itself. --Larry Sanger 15:52, 5 April 2007 (CDT)
- I'm fine with that - though I am, by far, not expert enough on any of the potential stubs to expand them past stub phase, so they can either be picked up by someone else at an undetermined time or they can succumb to the "die, stubs, die!" on their own. As for the political concept of a bill of rights, I have the reference material to come up with such an article, but it might be better for me to create the US-specific Bill of Rights page first. I'll think on all of this as time allows. Steve Mount 23:19, 7 April 2007 (CDT)
