::That's terrible.  I have two methods of avoiding that (as I am a danger to myself as well): saving very often, which suits my bit-here bit-there style, &, if it's anything like proper prose, preparing stuff in Word beforehand. Backed it up? Where? I created the approval page first, then the talk, and when I went to the article, it said the usual 'you have followed a link to a page...'.
