This stub article looked like merely an outline (which is fine) and a collection of notes on how to expand it (which really belonged elsewhere) ... so I made some edits.

I moved all of the listed "See:Sources" to the External Links subppage. When and if someone decides to really make an article out of this stub, he/she can refer to them on the External Links subpage and use them as <nowiki><ref></ref></nowiki> inline references if and where appropriate.

Explanation of my edits

This stub article looked like merely an outline (which is fine) and a collection of notes on how to expand it (which really belonged elsewhere) ... so I made some edits.

I moved all of the listed "See:Sources" to the External Links subppage. When and if someone decides to really make an article out of this stub, he/she can refer to them on the External Links subpage and use them as <ref></ref> inline references if and where appropriate.
