Andrew Dalgliesh is a Senior Teacher with the Queensland Department of Education, Training and the Arts (DETA). He is currently managing the Curriculum Exchange - a digital resource service for Education Queensland's e-learning environment, the Learning Place. He has a Graduate Diploma in Education (Computer Ed), a Bachelor of Education and an Associate Diploma in Community Recreation. Andrew has been supporting students, pre-service and practising teachers, districts and schools in their effective use of e-learning since 1990. Andrew currently represents DETA in The Le@rning Federation initiative - a collaboration of the State, Territory, Australian and New Zealand Governments to develop quality online curriculum content for use in the national 'Learning in an online world' policy agenda.
