Jackson Creek is a watercourse that flows through Peterborough, Ontario.[1] It empties into Little Lake, a lake in Peterborough.

In March 2023 the creek was hit by a serious oil spill.[1]

The Jackson Creek Trail, a 4.5 km (2.8 mi) recreational trail, runs parallel to the creek.[2]
