Jessica Mulroney is a Canadian fashion stylist.[1][2] In November 2015 Mulroney styled ensembles for Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau, the wife of the incoming Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau. Her efforts on Grégoire-Trudeau's behalf attracted particular attention because Mulroney is the daughter-in-law of former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, a bitter political rival to Grégoire-Trudeau's father-in-law, Pierre Trudeau.
Mulroney is a graduate of McGill University.[3] She is a descendant of the founders of Browns shoes.
Mulroney and her sisters-in-law Caroline Mulroney Lapham, Katy Mulroney and Vanessa Mulroney co-founded a charity called The Shoebox Project.[4][5] The project's goal is to provide makeup to women living in shelters. Donors are asked to fill a shoebox with approximately $50 worth of cosmetics and toiletries.
Mulroney, formerly Jessica Brownstein, married Ben Mulroney on October 30, 2008.[6] Mulroney is the oldest son, and second oldest child, of Brian and Mila Mulroney. The couple has three children.[3]
Both Maclean's magazine, and Chatelaine magazine, have interviewed Mulroney about the Canadian marketing rights she and her sister Elizabeth Brownstein acquired for the high-end lingerie lines la Perla and Cosabella.[7][8]
