Mr. Green is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Following several years in critical-care nursing, he attended the University of Texas Health Science Center/US Army Program in Anesthesia Nursing. He received his Masters of Science of Nursing in Nurse Anesthesia in December 1994, and holds his Bachelors degrees from The University of Texas- Austin in Nursing (1985) and Zoology (1980).

Mr. Green is President of Green's Anesthesia Service, GAS, P.C. and has practiced anesthesia in several settings including doctor's offices, medical centers, community hospitals, and major medical centers and field hospitals in the US Army. He left the army in 1998 to enter private practice and formed his corporation in Texas. Recently, he relocated from Texas to Vermont where he practices anesthesia at Springfield Hospital, Springfield, VT.

Mr. Green is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Vermont Association of Nurse Anesthetists. His past offices include Public Relations Chairperson, Washington Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Government Relations Committee member, Texas Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

Mr. Green was a CRNA legal consultant to a law firm in Houston, Texas, providing expert opinions in medical malpractice.

Mr. Green's interests include music, snow skiing and snowshoeing and reading. He is also a certified open water diver.

Mr. Green is married and has two children.
