This template is used on User:Chris Key/Sandbox/Proposal: Overhaul of user rights.

Usage

Fill in the following:

• right: The name of the right
• desc: Description of the right
• explain: Rationale behind who it is given to
• firstversion: First version of MW software that this works in. "1." is added automatically, so for 1.13 just put 13. Do not include the minor revision, so for 1.13.2 put 13
• lastversion: Last version of MW software that this works in. Same syntax as firstversion. Put 999 if this works in all versions.
• All other rows: Each row refers to the user group specified. The only valid values are Yes, No and Inherit.
