Helen Mary Warnock, Baroness Warnock, DBE, FBA (born 1924) is a British moral philosopher and writer on existentialism. Warnock studied at Lady Margaret Hall at the University of Oxford, and she has been Headmistress of the girls-only Oxford High School. She has served on, and chaired, a number of public policy committees including the Committee of Inquiry into Human Fertilisation and Embryology from 1982 to 1984. The report of this committee was titled the Warnock Report, and led to the formulation of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.
