Template for labelling media used under Creative Commons licences.

Usage

The parameters are as follows: {{CC|licence|version|country|author}}

  1. Required — the name of the licence to be used, such as by-sa. This must be one of the six licences listed here.
  2. Required — the version of the licence which is to be used.
  3. Optional — the name of the country for a localised version of the licence, if desired. Note that this is very unusual.
  4. Optional — the name of the owner of the media.
