Usage
This template is used to document when an additional editor registers support of an approved article after the fact. It is to be placed on the /Approval subpage of the approved article by the Approvals Manager or by a constable after the editor has added her name to a previously blank A editor2 or A editor3 field in an approved article's metadata template.
The template fields include:

Parameters
Additional editor = the username of the new supporting editor.
date = format yyyymmdd (the date the editor registered support)
