• Poutine — French fries with gravy and cheddar cheese curds
• Poutine rapée — Balls of grated potatoes with meat in the middle, an Acadian specialty
• Smoked meat — Smoked brisket of beef, usually eaten in a rye bread sandwich, specialty of Montreal's Jewish community
