Known issues for the wiki:

• clicking on a non-existent "standard" subpages does not create it like it once did
• rpl template fails after a certain number of uses in one page (?)
• some Metadata pages failing with rpl template
• need automation for creating new articles with subpages

Possibly okay now:

• Gmail not receiving emails from citizendium.org - dealt with 11/11/2022
• Logon timeout problem - improved but not eliminated in Nov 2022
  • probably dealt with after upgrading to PHP 8.x on 6/9/2023
