The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts is a vegetarian cooking school in Manhattan, New York. It was founded in the 1980's by its current CEO, Anne Marie Colbin, a long-time activist about food and its connection to health, and author of Food and Health and other books. The chef's training institute combines effective cooking techniques from a variety of vegetarian cuisines around the world.
