Thyestes [r]: From Greek mythology, he was the grandson of Tantalos, king of Olympia, son of Pelops, father of Aigisthos, and brother of Atreus. He seduced the wife of Atreus, whose name was Aerope. Atreus took revenge by killing the sons of Thyestes, and served the flesh for Thyestes to eat, except for their hands and heads.
