Newspeak is a fictional variant of the English language, from George Orwell's dystopian novel, 1984. In the book, it was a systematic way of forcing the "IngSoc" totalitarian ideology, by creating "a medium of expression for the world-view and mental habits proper to the devotees of IngSoc, but to make all other modes of thought impossible:.[1]
