Martin Haase (* January 16, 1955 in Wuppertal, Germany), management consultant and leadership coach.

Werdegang

In 1976 Martin Haase finished (Abitur) school at Gymnasium Marienhöhe in Darmstadt, then he studied at the universities of Bonn, Cologne and Iowa. Until 1982 he was a teacher at the Ville Gymnasium in Erftstadt.Then he worked successfully in management positions for various companies: (Pixifoto GmbH in Cologne, Quantec Tonstudiotechnik GmbH in Munic, Eurocard GmbH in Frankfurt, Lufthansa AirPlus GmbH in Neu Isenburg).

1991 gründete Haase die Managementberatung oKae management support, für seine Arbeit "Supervision in der Personalentwicklung" erlangte er im Januar 2002 den amerkianischen Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration. Von 2000 bis 2005 war Haase Direktor für Kommunikation und Leadershipcoach einer international tätigen Organisation mit Sitz in Bern (Schweiz). Er ist Inhaber der OKAE CONSULT LTD.

Interessen

Martin Haase engagiert sich für soziale Projekte. Er ist Mitbegründer des gemeinnützig anerkannten Vereins für Online-Kommunikation staonline e.V. und seit 1997 dessen Vorsitzender. Im Februar gründete Haase bei openBC (Xing) das Global Leadership Symposium für Führungsfragen. Seit Oktober 2006 arbeitet er als Redakteur bei Citizendium mit.
