I take it Botham was never simultaneously Durham/England, but you might want to mention him anyway. Peter Jackson (talk) 10:33, 18 November 2020 (UTC)

Not really. He did play for England in 1992, his first season at Durham, but with no distinction and his international career ended then. He is mentioned at Somerset as his county during the time he enjoyed international success. I think that will suffice while these articles are under-developed. I know Botham has become chairman of the Durham club in recent years but, again, that is something to be picked up when the article is eventually expanded. Botham was a good player in the late seventies and early eighties but I don't think there is a need to mention him any more than necessary. John (talk) 16:54, 18 November 2020 (UTC)
