Phyllodes tumor [r]:
A sarcoma, or connective tissue tumor, arising from intralobular stroma of the breast. It is characterized by the rapid enlargement of an asymmetric firm mobile mass. Histologically, its leaf-like stromal clefts are lined by epithelial cells.
