Jimmy Page: Session Man, Volume Two is the second release of a two volume unauthorised compilation album set, by English guitarist Jimmy Page, released in July 1990.
These sessions, most of which were documented in the studio, were recorded between 1963 and 1968, before Page founded Led Zeppelin.[1] The live recording of "White Summer", although credited to The New Yardbirds, was allegedly recorded on 18 October 1968 at the Marquee (although it may have been later). Also included is a track from Page's first rock band, Neil Christian's Crusaders ("Honey Hush/I Like It"), as well as tracks for early rock 'n' roller Billy Fury and 1960's pop star Brenda Lee. The album itself claims to be "Issued Uner license from Jimmy Page International Fan club", although no such official fan club actually exists.[2] It was released in both compact disc and vinyl format in 1990 by Bomp Records subsidiary Archive International Productions. This release was preceded by Jimmy Page: Session Man, Volume One, in 1989.
