The workgroups are organized into six general areas and the buttons below can be used for navigation.

Please help contribute to the workgroup homepages in your area of interest. Here are some notes on how to get workgroups started.

For articles that do not fit into any category below, please use Category:Needs Workgroup.

To request a workgroup--informally--simply add your idea to New Workgroup Requests.

To add yourself to an author workgroup, add [[Category:Education Authors|Smith, Bob]] to your userpage, substituting "Education" with whatever workgroup you wish to add yourself to.

Only CZ staff may add editors to workgroups.

To add a workgroup category tag to an article, add the workgroup name to the metadata page of the article. Note that you DO NOT use the word "Workgroup", i.e. just "Astronomy" not "Astronomy Workgroup".

Library Science

Workgroups are no longer used for group communications, but they still are used to group articles into fields of interest. Each article is assigned to 1-3 Workgroups via the article's Metadata.
