- Gaff (Edward James Olmos): cop who brings Deckard to Bryant and follows Deckard's progress in eliminating the replicants.
- Leon (Brion James): one of the replicants, designed for heavy lifting work and somewhat short on intelligence.
- Zhora (Joanna Cassidy): another replicant, working undercover as an exotic dancer as opposed to her original purpose, assassination.
- Holden (Morgan Paull): Blade Runner replaced by Deckard after he is shot by Leon while screening new workers at the Tyrell Corporation.
