A definition or brief description of Flue gas stack.

A vertical pipe, channel or similar structure (sometimes referred to as a smokestak) through which combustion product gases called "flue gases" are exhausted to the outside air. Includes the draft (draught) effect of hot flue gases flowing through tall flue gas stacks (chimneys).
