Workgroup
I have put this in the CZ:Sociology Workgroup rather reluctantly. I'm not sure which workgroup would be most appropriate. Any ideas? --Tom Morris 15:36, 21 April 2008 (CDT)

Needs some basic definitions...
What, then, is an intellectual? Right now, we seem to have it defined only by its enemies.
It wouldn't hurt to define intelligentsia, if only using the description in Robert Heinlein's The Moon is a Harsh Mistress.
Sociology is quite relevant here, as I suspect there are no definitions accepted by all cultures. Howard C. Berkowitz 15:16, 3 October 2008 (CDT)
