Article name

I thought we were basically going to copy the Wikipedia system for naming royalty? So shouldn't this be at Joseph II, Holy Roman Emperor? Yes, there aren't very many well-known "Joseph II", but for some of the other HRE's, their name is quite common, and the non-HRE holder is far better known than the HRE. So anything other than consistently calling them "Foo, HRE" is going to produce major inconsistencies. J. Noel Chiappa 12:14, 29 March 2008 (CDT)
