Correction received in mail

I received the following in mail:

Hello,
You are probably not the person in charge to fix details on particular articles, but I could not find the creator of the article about "coulumbs law" . Please, if you could send it forward to him....
The article has a small error on the second formula, where it says "Er" should say "Eo", also on its inmedietly posterior explanation.
