Yo, Hayford--Is "Trigger" really fictional? I thought there was a real Trigger preserved somewhere? Aleta Curry 16:26, 6 January 2008 (CST)

Yeah, that's a good question. All *three* horses that I added were real in the sense that they existed and figured in movies about their masters, Roy, Gene, and Hoppy. I had, frankly, forgotten that. What I was thinking of was their presence in fictional movies, comic books, TV shows, etc. And let's not forget that Silver was also portrayed in movies about the Lone Stranger. I would bet that somewhere there was a horse, or a series of horses, actually named Silver. So this is sort of a philosophical point -- maybe we should call in Larry or Philip K. Dick to ponder "What is reality?" Hayford Peirce 17:04, 6 January 2008 (CST)
