Welcome to the Citizendium! We hope you will contribute boldly and well. Here are pointers for a quick start, and see Getting Started for other helpful "startup" links, our help system and CZ:Home for the top menu of community pages. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forum is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. You can ask any user or the editors for help, too. Just put a note on their "talk" page. Again, welcome and have fun! Peter Ingerman 08:04, 8 June 2007 (CDT)

Test article

Hi Tomas. I'd noticed you had created the above article in mainspace. I've taken the liberty of deleting it and recreating the contents at User:Tomas Cespedes/Sandbox/Test article. If you want to test editing, formatting, and so on, the best way to do it is in Sandbox articles that aren't visible to readers in the Citizendium mainspace. You can create such test pages easily by typing the User:Tomas Cespedes/Sandbox/articlename in the search box in the left. As it will not be able to find an article of that name, you will then get an option allowing you to create it. Hope this helps - regards, Anton Sweeney 08:58, 1 August 2007 (CDT)
