Vandalism

Just a warning: Over on Wikipedia, every producer of a BASIC variant tries to add their product to the BASIC page as the "next step in BASIC's evolution." Of course, with registration being required we'll have much less of a problem, but still, we need to be careful with new edits. Shanya Almafeta 15:47, 1 February 2007 (CST)

True, and that is an all-too-common abuse of wikis in many other contexts as well. By the way, I should say that I'm the developer/maintainer of a BASIC variant (Yabasic), but I have no intention of listing it on this article myself.—Thomas H. Larsen 02:07, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
