Dover Forest deforestation
Under PAP's rule, it was announced on December 2020 that the Dover Forest will be deforest to build new public housing Build-to-Order (BTO) flats. Despite petitions were launched and received massive support, the PAP government continued the plan and deforest the eastern part of the forest and conservation only the Dover Forest West.[1]
